We’d love for you to join us for a relaxed afternoon at the beach. It’s a casual, come-and-go kind of event—no set schedule, just a chance to hang out, chat, and enjoy some time together before the big day. We’ll have a few light refreshments, but if you have a favorite snack or something to sip on, feel free to bring it along. Don’t forget to pack the basics—chairs, towels, an umbrella, or anything else to make yourself comfortable for the day. There’s parking available at 4378 Hee Rd, Hanalei, HI, with a short walk to the beach from there. Sunset is at 6:39 PM, and it’s not bad (weather dependent). Hope to see you there.

Tee Times: First group tees off at 8:30 AM, with groups heading out every 10 minutes until 9:30 AM. Cost: $239 per person (special Makai wedding rate). Club Rentals: Callaway clubs are available for $85, which includes six balls (but no shoes, so don’t forget yours!). Join us for a morning of pickleball and tennis. Courts are located at the Makai Club House. It doesn’t cost anything to play-- racket rentals are $5 each (rackets are limited). A fun night of dinner, drinks, and dancing with everyone hosted by Pam & Mike Deese. Parking is available at Common Ground for those wishing to drive, it’s about a 10-15 minute drive from Princeville. For those would like to use our shuttle service, please arrive at the Makai Golf Club before 5pm. Shuttles will depart in fifteen minute increments. Return shuttle service will begin at 8:00pm and continue until the end of the party.

Please arrive at the clubhouse by 3:15pm to be escorted to your transportation (golf cart most likely) to the 7th hole.
